How do I unpair my device?
You can unpair your device through the Carbon Health app. Go into My Devices, tap on LogBand Device, scroll down to the bottom and select “Unpair.”
You also need to go into your Bluetooth settings on your mobile device and forget the LogBand from your list of devices.
NOTE: Please ensure the LogBand is charged, in range of your phone, and connected to the phone before attempting to unpair to ensure you synced any remaining data from your LogBand.
I don’t see "LogBand" listed as an option to connect under “Devices”
Please ensure you have the most updated version of the Patient App. You can check if your App is the most updated. You can see if your App needs to be updated by going to the Apple or Google Play stores on your device.
You can also see your App version by tapping on your settings, found in the bottom right of the Carbon App, and scrolling all the way down.

How Does Logging Improve My Health?
Logging provides a more accurate overview of things going on with your health over a longer period of time. Logging these events lets you keep track of things you might have forgotten about otherwise, as well as provide insights like how often they’re happening. As providers make decisions about ordering tests or starting medications, it is important that they have an accurate history of your symptoms.
What is Logging?
Logging is a quick way to track a wide variety of health events. When something noteworthy happens (you start coughing, you have a headache come on, you go for a long run, etc), you can make a note of it with just a button push. You can add more details to these events after you use the LogBand’s buttons to track them. This information will give your provider better insight into your overall health the next time you have a visit.
